THE HALLOWELL HUB
The Hallowell Hub sends text message notifications to members who opt in during their account setup. Messages include event reminders (such as upcoming live sessions with Dr. Hallowell, yoga sessions, and community practice groups) and live event alerts when a session starts.
All messages are transactional — related to your membership and scheduled events. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
After completing a paid membership checkout at https://www.thehallowellhub.com, new members go through onboarding. SMS reminders are optional and off by default. To enable them, a member checks the SMS consent box during onboarding (Step 3, Alerts) and enters their phone number. After opting in, the member receives a confirmation text and must reply YES to activate SMS alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.
Message frequency varies.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from The Hallowell Hub. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can also manage your alert preferences at any time from your account settings after logging in at https://www.thehallowellhub.com.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued enrollment in SMS notifications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
