This is for you

If you see yourself in any of this, you are in the right place.

You don't need an official diagnosis.

You know exactly what needs doing, and you still sit there unable to make yourself start

You want to spend your time around people who truly understand you without needing to explain yourself or mask to be accepted.

You have read Ned's books, and you would like to access him directly so you can actually ask him something.

You have not been formally diagnosed, but you find you identify with the signs of having ADHD

You have been called lazy or careless or unmotivated for so many years that even though you knew it wasn't true, you started to believe there was something wrong with you

What we believe

You've spent years trying harder.

Dr. Hallowell has taught a strengths-based approach for decades, which is to look first at what an ADHD brain does well. ADHD is a trait, a way you are naturally wired, rather than a sign that something is wrong with you. It carries real strengths that often go undervalued and unused. Nothing about you has to be fixed before you belong here.

Where others see distractibility, we see curiosity.
Where they see impulsivity, we see creativity.
Where they see hyperactivity, we see energy.

We'll help you address the challenges that come with having an ADHD brain, and then work to find your strengths and learn to put them to use.

"This condition... it not only need not be a disability, it can be a positive asset that you build on and turn into something of great value."

Who's leading this

The man who changed how the world understands ADHD.

Dr. Hallowell is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist who spent 21 years on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and has devoted his career to ADHD. His 1994 book Driven to Distraction was a turning point for millions of people who read it, recognized themselves on the page, and understood for the first time that what they had was not a flaw in their character. It was a different kind of mind.

He has written more than twenty books, and he has ADHD himself. After 45 years of practice he keeps coming back to the same conclusion, which is that connection is the answer. The Hub is Ned offering the thing he has believed in most, which is bringing people together in a place where you can be yourself without apology and grow alongside people who understand.

"The key to everything good in life is connection."

What belonging feels like

Picture a room where you do not have to explain yourself first, because the people in it have lived their own version of your story.

Inside your membership

Structure built for your brain, and people to practice with.

Everything here is included from day one of your trial — nothing is held back, and nothing costs extra.

01

Weekly live Q&A with Dr. Hallowell

Bring your real questions to one of the world's leading voices on ADHD, live every week, in a room where a small question is just as welcome as a big one.

02

Body-doubling co-working sessions

Sit down and work alongside other people who are doing the same thing, in quiet sessions with enough structure to make starting easier and finishing a lot more likely.

03

Weekly coaching with Shawn Bernard

Practical group coaching from a coach who has an ADHD brain himself, with tools you can put to use the same week you learn them.

04

Weekly connection practice

Small guided conversations where you get to show up as yourself, without smoothing anything down and without explaining yourself first.

05

A private community that gets it

Between the live sessions there is a warm community of adults with ADHD who understand without needing the backstory, so you can ask questions, share what went well, and see for yourself that you are not the only one.

06

The growing resource library

Practical tools and practices for the six major areas of ADHD life, built for the way your brain actually works instead of the way someone else's does.

A community, not an audience

ADHD adults of all ages, figuring it out together.

Hub members are students and teachers, founders and parents, artists and engineers, at various stages of their ADHD journey. What we have in common is the relief of being in community with people who get it, no longer having to perform or mask who we really are, while here.

Day to day, the community is guided by Dr. Hallowell, and Shawn Bernard, who both know firsthand what it's like to have an ADHD brain. They provide members with real-time experiences of community, coaching, and shared opportunities for connection and growth throughout the week.

Common Questions

What happens after the 7 free days?

Your membership continues at just $199 per month. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged anything. Canceling takes about two clicks from your account — no phone calls, no hoops.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. The Hub is a community and education membership — live sessions, coaching, and connection. It doesn't provide medical care and isn't a substitute for working with your own clinician. Many members use it alongside the care they already have.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

Life happens — especially with an ADHD brain, and nobody here will ever make you feel bad about it. Sessions run every week, so there's always another one coming, and the Q&As are recorded and available to watch any time.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to join?

No. If you have ADHD — or strongly suspect you do — you're welcome. You will never be asked to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
